Lobster Tails Recipe

In a small bowl, combine the butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, and parsley, then brush the mixture evenly over the lobster meat. Place the tails onto a baking sheet, then bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, until the lobster is fully cooked but not rubbery.

INGREDIENTS

4 lobster tails (5 to 6 oz each)
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions:

  1. Place rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to broil on high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together marinade ingredients: parsley, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, olive oil.
  3. Broil lobster tails on high heat 10-11 min. Transfer to serving platter and garnish with parsley if desired.
  4. To make the Garlic Lemon Butter: combine with remaining 2 Tbsp butter, bring to a simmer and remove from heat. Pour over lobster tails.
