Pomfret Fish Fry

  • How to Make Pomfret Fish Fry
  • – Pomfret fish 2 pieces
  • – Cooking Oil as needed
  • – Rice Flour 4 tbsp
  • – Yellow Color ½ tsp
  • – Maida Flour 4 tbsp
  • – Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • – Salt as per taste
  • – Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
  • – Ajwain ¼ tsp
  • – Whole Cumin ½ tsp
  • – Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
  • – Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • – Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • – Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • – Egg 1 piece
  • Method
  • 1- Place the cuts on the fish.
  • 2- In a bowl, add rice flour, yellow color, Maida flour, corn flour, salt, red chili crushed, ajwain, whole cumin, black pepper, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, egg and mix it well.
  • 3- Now, cover this paste on fish and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • 4- Afterward, deep fry in the cooking oil until golden brown.
  • Your tasty Fried Pomfret Fish now ready to serve.
  • Cooking time: 30 minutes.
  • Serve:2 to 3 persons
